Originally from La Ciotat and raised in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Léa did not thrive in the traditional school system. Following a tragic event that deeply affected her life, she grew closer to her older sister, with whom she shares an incredibly close bond. With no clear career plan at the time, she pursued a vocational qualification in aesthetics. Once qualified, however, she realized that path wasn't right for her.
While figuring out her next steps, she joined Le Frégate Provence as a housekeeper, working alongside her sister. Over nearly two years, she discovered the hospitality industry and stood out for her professionalism, rigor, and attention to detail. These qualities prompted Muriel, the Executive Housekeeper, to offer her a position in the linen department. A year later, she was promoted to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Today, Léa plays an active role in the housekeeping department. Her days are shaped by organizing teams, coordinating with the front desk, handling guest requests, inspecting rooms, and managing unexpected issues. It is a role where responsiveness, organization, and a strong team spirit are essential.
The biggest challenge of her job? Managing stress and unforeseen situations while maintaining high service standards and team cohesion.
