Breakfast Manager
I arrived at the Hôtel Le Frégate Provence in 2011 and started in the kitchens of the Les Cascades restaurant during the summer season.
I then worked at the Brasserie de la Restanque, eventually becoming the Breakfast Manager for the resort.
In the kitchen, we're a great team, very supportive of each other, and I really enjoy working for Julie Donatello, my manager.
I love starting my day at sunrise, taking advantage of the morning freshness to create my buffets, adding color and variety to the presentations.
I love interacting with the guests and the exceptional relationships we can build with some families.
Regular guests recognize me, which is a real pleasure, and I often chat with them during their stay.
In the past, I owned a restaurant with my husband, and I've always enjoyed the interaction with people. Today, I have complete autonomy in my role, which suits me perfectly because I'm truly passionate about what I do. I'm keen to break the monotony and surprise our customers every day!
After breakfast, I often help my colleagues create themed buffets, simply because I love inventing, innovating, and showcasing our products to delight both the palate and the eyes!
