The manager of the Spa de Fregate on the Bandol hillside and the team welcome you into a cocoon of softness and wellness, offering a moment out of time. Enjoy your treatment in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, unwind and enjoy the present moment.

We offer a wide variety of treatments and massages, for both adults and children: body care, facial care, hair removal, hand and foot treatments.

During your stay, you have access to the wellness area (indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool) and the outdoor pool.

Opening Hours

The Spa de Fregate (for treatments) is only open everyday with reservation required:

Monday : 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday : 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Wednesday : Closed
Thursday : Closed
Friday : 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday : 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday : 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness area are open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Come and enjoy a moment of relaxation with our many facilities (hot tub, indoor pool, relaxation room, outdoor terrace with sun loungers/solarium). You will be able to prolong your journey thanks to the expert fingers of our practitioners, combined with Sothys’ sensory protocols & products.

We’ll welcome you in one of our warm treatment rooms solo or as a couple, if you would like to share this moment.

We also look forward to helping you in our shop, full of products that meet your needs and allow you to continue the escape at home.
