Yoga Classes

Welcome to our peaceful resort, where yoga is at the heart of our wellness philosophy. Whether you're a novice or an experienced practitioner, our programme of yoga classes will cater for all your needs, allowing you to relax and reconnect with your body and mind.

Yoga is a multi-faceted art of living, like a majestic tree with many branches. In our dedicated space, you can sit cross-legged to meditate, find balance in various postures such as the tree pose or the child's pose, and relax deeply in our relaxation and integration posture sessions.

Our yoga classes are open to all levels, ages and body types.

You'll experience a real sense of disconnection from the stresses of everyday life, a deep sense of well-being and a chance to let go while you're on holiday.

Classes from 8 a.m.  to 9 a.m.  on Tuedays (zen area indoor) & on Thursdays (swimming pool)

Golf Session

Every Sunday afternoon, sign up for our golf sessions to learn the basics of the sport. Our golf pros welcome you to the driving range and teach you the basic rules and how to use the equipment (each club has its own specific function).

You'll also have the opportunity to take part in a group golfing initiation in a fun and fast-paced format, where you can test your swing and your game on the green. Will you be able to get the ball in the hole ?

  Aquagym Classes

During your holidays in Saint-Cyr-Sur-Mer, our teams offer you revitalising aquagym classes! Whether you're a beginner or a long-time water aerobics enthusiast, we've got everything you need for an unforgettable experience.

Our water aerobics classes take place in our beautiful outdoor waterfall pool for one hour, under the supervision of our qualified instructor. You will be guided through a series of dynamic and stimulating exercises that perfectly combine fitness and aquatic pleasure.

The benefits of this discipline are numerous: improved muscular strength, increased cardiovascular endurance, strengthened joints and improved flexibility. What's more, the natural resistance of the water means you get a complete workout that's gentle on your joints, reducing the risk of injury.

Wine Cave Visits

Every day, from 11am to 12pm or from 5pm to 6pm, visit the Domaine de Frégate cellar, just a few steps from the hotel. You'll be welcomed by the owners for a guided tour of the cellar, followed by a tasting of the Domaine de Fregate’s wine. A moment of sharing and authentic discovery punctuated by a touch of conviviality in the heart of the Bandol AOC vineyards. Please register directly with the estate. Enjoy your wine tasting!

Kids Movie Theater

Twice a week, at around 6pm, we invite your children to the children's area (fans of the hotel lobby) to watch a cartoon "with friends". Your little ones will have a relaxing time at the end of the afternoon.

Molkky Aperitive

On the hotel plazza, we set up a games carpet (golf, molkky, etc.). Have a drink at the bar (beer, cocktails, cold drinks) and play molkky (on request from reception) with your friends and family during the aperitif before starting your summer evening.

Create your own Cocktail

Every Tuesday at 6pm, our barman invites you to a festive experience to create your own cocktail. Inventive, clever and surprising, our barman creates a customized cocktail, according to the fruity market of the moment and the mood of the day! So let go, and prepare your innovative cocktail with the help of an expert in mixology and bartending. Taste your cocktail and share your sensations!
