Rita Daccak
Reservation Manager
I joined the hotel's reservations department in 2005, initially working a seasonal contract. My contract was then extended, and I finally landed a permanent position as a Christmas present in December 2005!
For several years, I explored different sectors (real estate, retail, etc.) before finally trying my hand at the hotel industry, which proved quite successful!
I love people and human interaction. Every client is different, which is why I never feel stuck in a routine. Each client request is unique, and I take the time to treat it as a challenge, which I, without a doubt, meet with flying colors. I make sure to listen carefully to the client and suggest the most suitable stay. I want everything to go smoothly. Once the client has booked, they feel comfortable. We truly provide them with well-being and peace of mind; they hang up with a clear mind and can already picture themselves on vacation thanks to us. Then my colleagues take over the operational side, and at that point, I'm confident; I know their stay will be a success!
Because we work in such a wonderful setting, we also know our guests will have a great vacation with us. We feel truly at ease in this unique environment, which helps us convey this "good life" to our guests. Within the team, I feel completely confident with my colleagues, who are even friends, and my wonderful manager. Our team is united and close-knit like a real family, and this unique bond helps us all every day.
Over the years, some guests have become very close. They call us to check in, we chat, we share about our family lives… it's so rewarding. They're reassured to see us again each year!
