Alexandrine Valor

After completing my university diploma in Management and Tourism, it was during my internship at Jancarthier Voyages Groupes that I knew I was made for event planning! I dedicated myself to creating tours, and the hotel industry captivated me from my very first day as a receptionist on Bendor Island in 2005. I learned all facets of the job: reservation agent, conference coordinator, and executive assistant. It was during these years that I knew I wanted to organize corporate events.

I became a mother, so I took on the role of conference coordinator in 2008, then moved to the reservations department in 2009, and joined the group sales team in 2011. Today, I am head of the sales department, working alongside our sales director.

I have a special connection to this resort. When I arrive in the morning, I'm always moved by the incredible view the hotel offers, and I'm so aware of how lucky I am.

It's amazing how much the staff cares about this hotel; we're truly dedicated to ensuring our guests experience this unique atmosphere. We all work hard to share these special moments with our guests.

I'm very attached to the Provençal and authentic character of our resort. I'm passionate about preserving this atmosphere, and it's this identity that makes it so special. As soon as I receive a request, I get a real buzz. I look for the perfect solution for the client, and I'm so proud when they confirm and the event comes to life before our eyes! I know that coming to Frégate means a truly memorable experience and a shared moment!

Finally, I also feel a strong connection to the team; I feel very supported and at home in the office. The atmosphere is extraordinary; we've been working hand in hand for so many years… Today, I'm aware of my growth and I appreciate the role I hold. I remain committed to ensuring the resort shines as it deserves! Frégate has a soul; you feel like you're in Provence, free from standardization, with authenticity, the bell tower, and the warm colors of this unique place!
