Seasonal farm produce
AMAP les Olivades is the 1st AMAP in France, created in 2001 by Daniel and Denise Vuillon. Located just a few kilometres from Le Frégate Provence in Ollioules, AMAP Les Olivades supports Chef Guillaume Maurice and his team in offering fresh, local and seasonal products throughout the year from their family farm "Les Olivades", where they put love and passion into growing fruit and vegetables on 8.5 hectares of open fields and greenhouses.

La Restanque welcomes you throughout the day and offers you an evolving culinary experience from morning to evening: informal coffee and breakfast, brasserie lunch, snacks and aperitifs, formal dinner.
